Premier Health Clinical Research

Clinical trials, run on
infrastructure that is
already running.

Premier Health Clinical Research is a network of operating infusion centers, purpose-upgraded for clinical trial conduct. IV infrastructure, trained nursing staff, investigational pharmacy and active patient populations — already in place.

Our sites were not adapted for research after the fact. They were built as infusion centers and upgraded for trials. That difference is the foundation of everything we offer sponsors.

The core difference

Converted for research —
or already operating?

Many trial sites are converted exam rooms or academic settings adapted for research after the fact. Ours are working infusion centers, purpose-upgraded for trial conduct.

Typical site

Adapted after the fact

  • Infusion capability added on as needed
  • Recruitment starts cold, from outreach
  • Pharmacy and cold storage improvised per study
  • Nursing staff trained up for each protocol
Premier Health

Already operating, purpose-upgraded

  • IV infrastructure standard at every location
  • Active infusion patients as a recruitment pipeline
  • Investigational pharmacy built into operations
  • IV-trained nursing already on staff
The Infusion Advantage

Five capabilities,
already in place.

The same environment that serves our patients every day now advances clinical research — no retrofitting, no ramp-up.

For a sponsor under enrollment pressure, the time between contract execution and first patient screened is the number that matters. Existing infrastructure is how we compress it.

01

IV & infusion capabilities

Infusion chairs, IV-trained nursing staff, vital-sign monitoring and adverse-event response protocols are standard features of every location — not add-ons stood up for a single study.

02

Investigational product pharmacy

Controlled-temperature storage, chain-of-custody documentation and controlled-substance handling are built into existing pharmacy operations, ready for IP receipt and accountability from day one.

03

Established patient flow

Active infusion patient populations provide a direct recruitment pipeline. Enrollment builds from an existing, engaged base of patients already receiving care in our centers.

04

Multi-site network

Sponsors can enroll across multiple infusion center locations under a single contract and one investigative team structure.

05

Speed to activation

Because the infrastructure already exists, we move from contract execution to first patient screened faster than sites building the capability from scratch.

Therapeutic areas

Broad reach,
infusion-ready by design.

We conduct Phase II–IV trials across multiple therapeutic areas, with particular strength where infusion-based care is already part of the treatment landscape — and where the network already treats patients.

01
Rheumatology & immunology
Biologic and infusion-delivered therapies for autoimmune and inflammatory disease.
02
Neurology
Infusion-based treatments for neurological and neurodegenerative conditions.
03
Hematology
Infusion-delivered therapies for blood and related disorders.
04
Oncology
Systemic therapy studies drawing on our existing oncology populations.
05
Gastroenterology
IBD and other conditions where biologic infusions are standard of care.
06
Nephrology
Renal and related conditions managed through infusion protocols.
07
Infectious disease
Intravenous antimicrobial and emerging-therapy trials.
08
And expanding
The infrastructure scales into further therapeutic areas as the network grows.
On site

Everything a trial needs,
in the building.

Investigational products are prepared in a dedicated on-site pharmacy and administered by experienced infusion nurses, working alongside your physician investigators and research coordinators.

Medication classes

Experience across a broad range of infusion products, including but not limited to:

  • Alpha-1 proteinase inhibitors
  • Bisphosphonates
  • Enzyme replacement therapies
  • Immune globulin immunotherapies
  • Monoclonal antibodies
  • RNAi agents
  • TNF-alpha inhibitors

On-site pharmacy

A dedicated pharmacy area for the preparation of investigational products.

  • Monitored refrigerated storage, 2–8°C
  • Monitored ambient storage, 20–25°C
  • Temperature logs available on request
  • Locked storage for research product

Facility & equipment

Built around the participant experience, with infusion pumps and vital-sign monitors on site.

  • Private and semi-private areas for examination and administration
  • Reclining chairs and blankets
  • Internet access and televisions
  • Drinks and snacks available
  • Generally close to local hospitals
  • Ample free parking
For participants & caregivers

Access tomorrow’s treatments,
with expert care today.

A clinical trial tests whether a new treatment is safe and effective. Participants receive expert medical care throughout the study, access to investigational treatments not yet commercially available, and compensation for their time.

Participation is always voluntary and confidential. You can ask questions at any point and withdraw whenever you wish — it will never affect the care you receive, here or anywhere else.

Access to emerging treatments

Take part in studies of investigational treatments not yet available commercially.

Expert medical oversight

Board-certified investigators and clinical staff monitor your health closely throughout the study.

Compensation for your time

Participants are compensated for their time and for travel related to study visits.
