Neurology

Neurologic diagnosis rewards time and a careful history. Most of what goes wrong in this specialty goes wrong in the first appointment, when nobody had forty minutes to spend.

Neurology care at Premier Health Alliance
Time to think
Longer evaluations, because neurologic diagnosis is built on history and examination

Conditions we evaluate and manage.

Our neurologists cover the range of common and complex neurologic disease, with the diagnostic access and follow-up cadence that chronic neurologic conditions require.

Migraine and headache disorders Epilepsy and seizure disorders Peripheral neuropathy Multiple sclerosis and neuroimmune disease Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders Memory disorders and cognitive decline Stroke follow-up and secondary prevention Neuromuscular disease Vertigo and balance disorders Myasthenia gravis Neuropathic pain Tremor and dystonia
How care is delivered

How the care is actually delivered.

A plan is worth very little if the care that follows is hard to reach, poorly monitored, or delayed by paperwork. This is how we close that gap.

Diagnostic access without the wait

EEG, EMG and nerve conduction studies, and coordinated advanced imaging — ordered when they change the plan, not to fill a template.

Infusion therapy for neuroimmune disease

IVIG, biologics and monoclonal therapies for MS, myasthenia gravis and chronic migraine, delivered in our own suites rather than a hospital outpatient department.

Follow-up that keeps pace

Neurologic disease changes. Visit intervals, medication titration and telehealth check-ins are set by the condition, not by scheduling convenience.

Our standard

What “world-class” actually means here.

Every claim below is something a patient, a referring physician or a payer could reasonably ask us to demonstrate. That is the test we apply before we write it down.

  • Board-certified neurologists with fellowship training in the subspecialty areas the practice covers
  • Structured diagnostic pathways for headache, seizure, neuropathy and cognitive presentations
  • In-house EEG and EMG interpreted by our own neurologists rather than outsourced and returned weeks later
  • Disease-modifying therapy monitoring protocols for MS and neuroimmune patients on long-term biologics
  • Telehealth integrated into follow-up for patients whose condition makes travel genuinely difficult
  • Direct referral pathways to epilepsy, movement disorder and neuromuscular centers when a case exceeds community scope
Patient support

Nobody navigates
this alone.

Specialty care generates work that has nothing to do with medicine — authorizations, cost estimates, scheduling, pharmacy chasing. Every practice in the network is backed by staff whose job is that work.

Care navigation

A named coordinator tracking appointments, results and hand-offs between specialties.

Financial counseling

Benefit verification, cost estimates before treatment starts, copay and foundation assistance.
