Our medical team

The people behind
the standard.

Every practice in the network is led by board-certified specialists and supported by advanced practice providers, infusion nurses, pharmacists and coordinators who stay with patients for the length of their treatment — not just a single visit.

Open across the network

We are actively adding subspecialists to the network — and partnering with independent physicians who want to keep practicing on their own terms without personally carrying compliance, staffing, technology and revenue cycle.

Credentialing

A single bar,
applied everywhere.

Community practices are often assumed to be held to a lower standard than academic centers because they lack the machinery to prove otherwise. Credentialing is where that assumption gets answered.

  • Board certification verified on appointment and re-verified on a defined cycle
  • Privileging and scope of practice set by the network’s physician leadership, not by administrators
  • Peer review of clinical outcomes and pathway adherence applied across every site
  • Advanced practice providers working inside physician-led care teams, with defined escalation
  • Continuing education, case conferences and journal review built into the working schedule
  • Licensure, sanction and malpractice screening monitored on an ongoing basis
Beyond the physicians

Specialty care is a team,
not a signature.

Most of what determines whether a complex treatment plan actually gets completed happens between the physician visits.

Advanced practice providers

APRNs and physician assistants who carry continuity between physician visits, adding capacity without diluting oversight.

Infusion nursing

Oncology-certified nurses who administer complex therapy — and who long-course patients see at every single appointment.

Navigation & pharmacy

Coordinators, authorization specialists and pharmacy liaisons who absorb the logistics that otherwise fall to patients.

Practicing specialists: let’s talk.
