Rheumatology

Autoimmune disease is usually diagnosed years late. Getting to the answer sooner, then holding the disease down with the right therapy, is what changes how a patient’s next twenty years look.

Conditions we diagnose and treat.

Rheumatology sits at the intersection of the immune system and nearly every organ. Our rheumatologists manage inflammatory disease across that range, including the presentations that resist a clean label.

Rheumatoid arthritis Systemic lupus erythematosus Psoriatic arthritis Ankylosing spondylitis and axial spondyloarthritis Vasculitis Sjögren’s disease Systemic sclerosis and scleroderma Polymyalgia rheumatica and giant cell arteritis Gout and crystal arthropathies Inflammatory myopathies Osteoporosis and metabolic bone disease Undifferentiated connective tissue disease
How care is delivered

How the care is actually delivered.

A plan is worth very little if the care that follows is hard to reach, poorly monitored, or delayed by paperwork. This is how we close that gap.

A real diagnostic workup

Serologic panels, imaging and joint assessment interpreted together — not a positive ANA treated as a diagnosis, and not a negative one used to dismiss a patient.

Biologic therapy on site

Infliximab, rituximab, tocilizumab, abatacept and other infused biologics delivered in our own suites, with the same nursing team each visit.

Monitoring built into the plan

Immunosuppression demands surveillance. Laboratory monitoring, vaccination status and infection risk are tracked actively rather than left to chance.

Our standard

What “world-class” actually means here.

Every claim below is something a patient, a referring physician or a payer could reasonably ask us to demonstrate. That is the test we apply before we write it down.

  • Board-certified rheumatologists, supported by advanced practice providers within physician-led care teams
  • Treat-to-target protocols with documented disease-activity scoring rather than impressionistic assessment
  • Standardized safety monitoring for every patient on immunosuppressive or biologic therapy
  • Prior-authorization specialists dedicated to getting biologics approved on the first submission
  • Coordinated care with hematology, neurology and nephrology when autoimmune disease crosses systems
  • Pregnancy, vaccination and perioperative protocols for patients on long-term immunosuppression
Patient support

Nobody navigates
this alone.

Specialty care generates work that has nothing to do with medicine — authorizations, cost estimates, scheduling, pharmacy chasing. Every practice in the network is backed by staff whose job is that work.
